Size: A (B) C (D) E (refer to measurements in the chart).
Knitting gauge: 17 stitches / 27 rows in stockinette stitch = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 inch. (worked with 2 strands of yarn held together).
Suggested needles: Circular needle 60 cm (24 inch.) / Double pointed needles 4 mm (US 6) for neck, yoke and body. Circular needle 60 cm (24 inch.) / Jumper needles 3 mm (US 2.5) for the folded edge of the back piece. Make a gauge swatch to find the proper needle size for you.
Difficulty: Beginner - Intermediate.
Yarn suggestions: 300 (350) 400 (400) 450 g Organic Trio from Hjertegarn (50 g / 230 m) worked with 2 strands held together - Note, in parts of the pattern only 1 of the 2 strands are in use *
Additional equipment: Darning / sewing needle for sewing down the edges of the neck, back and bottom as well as mounting the Leather Snaps.
Halter Snap Dress is a simple stockinette dress that closes at the back of the neck with a Leather Snap from Striksakken.
It is worked top to down. First, the neck piece and yoke is worked back and forth. The body is then worked in the round with increases on both sides.|
