International Shipping with Postnord to following countries:

Choose between following shipping solutions:
- Postnord to home address (tracked and insured) 
- Postnord to pickup point (tracked and insured)
- Postnord not ensured (The package is not ensured and extra shipping time can be expected)

Expect 1-3 weeks delivery time abroad depending on the size of the order and shipping destination. If you wish to have goods sent to a country not listed above, please write an email to:
For countries outside the EU, custom duty and clearance fee may occur. All fees are covered by the buyer. 

Shipping to Denmark
There is aprox. 1-2 weeks delivery time (DK) depending on the size of the order, as all products are made to order. I ship with dao and you can choose between home delivery and parcel shop. For purchases over DKK 600, you get free shipping to the parcel shop with dao (only in Denmark).


Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item, unless otherwise stated in your order. Please note that there is no right of withdrawal on digital goods.

Any return costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Request for cancellation must be notified no later than 14 days after delivery. The returned product must be received by us no later than 14 days after your use of the right of withdrawal.

Requests for the use of the right of withdrawal must be sent by e-mail with information about your order number and reason for requesting a refund.

The condition of the item upon return
The item must be returned in the same condition as it was received. The item must not be unpacked or used. It is up to Striksakken to assess the condition of the item.


Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to make a complaint about products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right of complaint applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.

Complaint regarding. Defective situation must be reported to Striksakken within a reasonable time after receipt. Here, max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. Contact for complaints.

The complaint is dropped due to incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

Striksakken covers the return costs up to DKK 50
