Size:  X-small (Small) Medium (Large) X-large
Gauge: 9 stitches / 13 rows in stockinette = 10 x 10 cm / 4” x 4”
Recommended needles:
Circular needles size 12mm / US 17 for collar, body and “chunky” sleeves
Circular needles or double pointed needles 8mm / US11 and 10mm / US 15 for ribbed edges

What The Hack Sweater is a chunky oversize sweater with removable/interchangeable sleeves. It can be used as a vest without the sleeves. Sleeves are attached with Sleeve Snaps on the inside of the sweater. The sleeve snaps are inserted directly into the knit stitches at the top of of the sleeves and through a knitted or crochet loop in the transition between collar and shoulder on the inside of the work. This pattern contains instructions for the "chunky" version of the sleeves with similar gauge and yarn as the “body” of the sweater. Instructions for "light" sleeves with alternative yarn and gauge can be found as a separate free pattern.
