Versions: Closed with Snaps (Closed with a knot)
Gauge: 17 stitches x 21 rows = 10 x 10 cm / 4 x 4 inches in Stockinette  
Needles size: Circular needles / Double pointed needles 5 mm / US 8 (recommended)
Difficulty: Intermediate
Yarn: Fingering weight yarn held together with mohair to get gauge and softness
Yarn suggestion: 2 skeins Hjerte Fine Highland Wool together with 2 skein Silk Kid Mohair from Hjertegarn (Or worsted weight yarn or combination to obtain gauge) 

The Snap / Tie Scarf is knitted in the round in stockinette stitch. It is made with decreases in both ends, finished off so they can either be tied up or have leather snaps mounted. The measurements specified in the pattern is for a scarf that can be wrapped around the neck twice. Use it together with Snap / Tie Headband.
The headband can also be used as a neckerchief.
