Spændepandebånd is worked back and forth in single ribbing. It is shaped by increases and decreases in both ends of the work, where Leather Snaps from Striksakken are mounted for opening and closing the headband. The pattern is ‘one size’ however the fit can be easily adjusted by knitting the’ body’ of the headband longer or shorter. Measurements in the pattern correspond to hat size 'medium' and a head circumference of approx. 54-58 cm / 21 - 23 inches. Spændepandebånd is a quickly made project and a great opportunity to use up scrap yarn. Wear it together with Olgas Vestedisse and Chunky Vestedisse.
