Recommended needles:
Circular needles 5.5 mm (60 cm and 80 cm) / US size 9 (24 inches and 31,5 inches)
Yarn suggestions:
approx. 350 (400) 450 g Peruvian Highland Wool from Filcolana (50 g = 100 m) (knit with double thread)
or approx. 350 (450) 500 g Drops Nepal (50g = 75m) (knit with double thread)

Veras Poncho is a classic, top-down knitted poncho. The collar is worked back and forth while the shoulders and body are knitted in the round with increases.
The size of the poncho can easily be customized to the child in length and fit. Use it over a jacket or sweater for extra warmth (or to cover up the inevitable stains ; )
